About The Event
The first in this ongoing Community Education Series, Mr. D offers a unique take on our group heritage, his story and wisdom he gained on his "P.A.T.H." (University he founded in Guinea, Africa)
There are many cultural offerings and wonderful developments we can learn from, that abound throughout the African continent. This series will afford local residents the opportunity to be enriched by this powerfully informing event!
As we explore and learn from the many countries of the "Motherland" we grow in our understanding of our origins, and the connections that exist between us as one race, the "human race". Â
We endeavor to learn and grow in our knowledge of the deep ancestral roots shared throughout the African diaspora that connect all of the people on the planet today.
We'll listen to Mr. D's talk, engage in some Q & A, enjoy some refreshments and meet afterward for a chance to view and shop with his wife, who has beautiful, authentic, African attire and accessories available for sale at Cherrie Maye Blossom Event Center, located at 3511 North Memorial Drive. Greenville, N.C 27834.
